Boutique Hotel Villa Pattiera - Cavtat

Our suite was fabulous, eh? Breakfast was great, but sharing the terrace was a bummer. Chur for the friendly staff, though!

the location is excellent right on the sea front.

Lack of pool or outside space with a view.

Pleasant, small family run property. Reasonably good staff providing excellent services. Pleasant views overlooking city from the good sized room. Yoghourt and fruit for breakfast, nice touch. Such wonderful experience there.

I enjoyed my time in a charming spot near a pedestrian area. The staff always made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options with cooked-to-order items. The easy access to Dubrovnik by bus was a bonus. The area around had many beautiful views and plenty of things to do without being overly crowded. This relaxed vibe reminded me a lot of home back in Nairobi.

Stairs to upper floors were a bit challenging.

Spotless room with a terrace and a lounge for a fantastic stay for 3 nights. Location short walk to the main seafront.

I brochuren Small Family Hotels in Croatia skrivs att hotellets alla rum har egen terass, vilket EJ er korrekt. Hotellet har egentligen ingen direkt havsutsikt, även om det också skrivs i brochuren. Det var mycket dårlig övervakning av receptionen och rumsnycklarna.

We loved the genunine kindness and knowledge of everyone - the restaurant is especially delicious - one of the best, if not the best meal we had in two weeks in Croatia.

The steps are somewhat difficult if staying on the top floor - but really not than much of a problem if you travel light as we did.

This hotel is perfectly situatred at the centre of the beautiful small town of Cavtat. Essentially a restaurant with a few rooms, it has been beautifuly and very comfortably furnished with some rooms having large private terraces facing the sea. The staff could not be more helpful.

Excellent location with a lot of character but still modern twists - the staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Excellent buffet breakfasts which for a small boutique hotel with only 12 rooms was surprising and they cooked whatever was your preference too. Would definitely stay again but imagine that some may feel the price is quite high bearing in mind the lack of facilities such as a pool but from our point of view, the location, the character, the staff and rooms more than made up for the lack of a pool plus it is a 2 minute walk from swimming areas and excellent sunbed/beach platforms
